Credits or Replacements

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in the event of damaged or missing orders if we receive an email within 5 days of delivery.

Replacements can only be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. We will offer credit up to the value of the items initially purchased if replacement is not an option. Credits and replacements will not be processed until the original invoice (electronic copy accepted) is received. Delivery times for replacement items will vary depending on whether the order is a regular or custom order. If you wish a credit to be applied to your next purchase, our standard delivery schedules will stand.

Damaged Order Policy

If an order receives excessive damage, we will replace it. Our products are shipped with dry ice packs and in protective thermal pouches, however, packages should not be left outside in high temps for long periods, which will not occur after items leave headquarters. If minor cosmetic damage occurs, the taste will not be affected, and neither credit nor replacement will be offered.

Late Delivery

If your delivery is running late, you will be notified via email.

Canceling Orders

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact lovegtld@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
